30 DAY NOTICE TO VACATE
Dear Shidler Team:
This is notice that on May 1, 2010, we intend to vacate the rental property located at 25143 18th Street, San Bernardino CA. The Lease or Rental agreement requires a 30 day advance notice prior to vacating premises and this letter represents 30 days notice.
All rent and utility bills will be paid in full through the end of the notice period as required under the terms of the lease or rental agreement.
We expect to have the rental empty and cleaned by May 1, 2010.
You guys have been a wonder as a lease or rental property management company and definitely would rent from you again; as well as, suggest your company to other potential renters.
